Changing or canceling a visit

Please tell us at least a day ahead if you cannot come, by phone or message. A late cancellation or a missed visit may carry a fee, and we explain it when you book. If you are ill, stay home and call us.

Clean needles and safety

Needles are sterile, used once and discarded in a sealed sharps container. We wash our hands, clean your skin and clean every table between patients. Your acupuncturist explains the risks and answers your questions before any needle goes in.

Privacy

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We ask for your health history in person or on a paper form, never through the contact form on this site.

Access

The building has a step-free entrance at the back and a treatment room on the ground floor. Tell us what would help, such as a lower table, a longer visit or a quieter room, and we plan for it.

Children

Our visits are for adults. Please call before booking for anyone under eighteen.
