Three ways we work

Most visits are acupuncture on its own. Your acupuncturist may suggest adding cupping or a gentle electrical pulse, and you can say no at any visit.

Acupuncture
Hair-thin, single-use needles placed for about 25 minutes while you rest.

Warm glass cups that sit on the skin of the back or shoulders for a few minutes.
